Check the OER reuse rights so you know how you can reuse the resource you’ve chosen
Some ways you might use an OER are:
- Exactly how it was originally authored
- Mix various resources to form one new resource
- Eg. combine a video, written text and interactive simulation to create a lesson
- Copy resource and change contexts
- Eg. such as cultural or gender contexts
- Copy resource and build upon
- Eg. add alt text to images, build out a concept in more detail
