SayText - In combination with the iPhone's built-in camera, Say-Text reads outloud the text in the image using Optical Character recognition (OCR) technology
ZoomReader - In combination with the iPhone’s built-in camera, ZoomReader lets you magnify and read printed text by first taking a picture of an object like a book or worksheet, and then converts the image into text using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. ZoomReader will then read the text back to you using a natural-sounding voice.

Dragon Dictation - allows you to easily speak and instantly see your text messages, email or social networking updates
Dragon Search - allows you to search for online content on your iPhone using your voice

Augmentative Processing Apps

AudioNote - a notepad and voice recorder in one. Tracks what you type and draw while recording audio of the class, lecture or meeting
GoodReader - GoodReader is a PDF reader with advanced reading and annotating capabilities. It can handle large PDF and TXT files, manuals, large books and magazines. The ability to mark-up PDFs allows users to use typewriter text boxes, sticky notes, lines, arrows, and freehand drawings on top of a PDF file.
iConverse - an educational tool designed for young children and individuals with communicative disabilities, and also toddler-aged children who have yet to master language.
iHomework - is an organizer that will help you keep track of homework, assisgnments, course information and teacher contact info.
Instapaper - allows you to save web pages as text only to read at a later time.
iReader - will read aloud text that is copy/pasted into iReader. Text can be selected fron your e-mail, internet browser, notes app etc.
iTalk2Email - allows you to send e-mails by recording an audio clip and send it via e-mail
iVoice Reminder - allows you to use your own voice to set up reminders; and then set up alerts to them at a date and time you set it to.
iVoice-Reminder - (2 apps same name)Lets you create oral and written reminders based on your geographical location.
List Recorder - combines making a list with an audio recorder. This app allows you to jot down and organize information as audio, text or both.
Proloquo2go - turns your iPhone into an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device, which can enable individuals who are non-verbal to communicate using a simple, picture-based interface and natural sounding text-to-speech voices more easily and effectively.
Readit - will read any text that is pasted into this application.
SoundNote - tracks what you type and draw while recording audio of the class, lecture or meeting. Able to play back the audio from just tapping on a word.
Speak it! - will read aloud text copied from e-mails, PDF files, web pages, etc. Some of the additional features include ability to create audio files, changing the font size and highlighting text as it is spoken.
Talking Mail - allows you to type a message and have it spoken back to you. The spoken e-mail can then be e-mailed to others
Typ-O HD - will provide word prediction as you type; allow you to listen to your written text; and offer spell check for those misspelt words.
Voice Secretary - zllows you to use your own voice to record reminders and hear them at specific dates/times you set it to.
ZenTapPro - provides word prediction and spell checking as you type as well as text translationms to various languages.
